Flambard Williams are an award-winning residential property investment organisation, priding themselves on offering solutions for both the investor and the home buyer. They recently requested our services to embark upon a new project – promoting their brand in China to both the middle classes, and high-net worth individuals wanting to purchase properties for investment in the United Kingdom.
This project was centred on raising a sense of awareness about Flambard Williams among a specific Chinese target audience; this was achieved through the use of China-hosted websites WeChat (a digital communications app with over 700 Million active users) and Weibo (a social media site used by roughly 30% of Chinese internet users).
A partnership with Chinese real estate company Juwai was also initiated, enabling Flambard Williams to advertise available properties online. The one-year project also involved communication with local property agents and overseas investment agents, strengthening Flambard Williams’ brand name through extensive outreach to desirable contacts and organisations.
